Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) published its 2017 US Summary Proxy Voting Guidelines.
On December 22, 2016, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) published its US Summary Proxy Voting Guidelines, effective for stockholders' meetings on or after February 1, 2017. This release follows the November 2016 publication of the ISS 2017 Proxy Voting Guideline Updates (see Legal Update, ISS Releases 2017 Proxy Voting Guideline Updates).
