US General Services Administration

The US General Services Administration adjusted the privately owned vehicle (POV) mileage reimbursement rates, effective January 1, 2017.

Second Circuit

Eastern District of New York

The US District Court for the Eastern District of New York revised its regular attorney admission instructions.

Southern District of New York

Judge Valerie E. Caproni revised her:

District of Maryland

The US District Court for the District of Maryland updated its fee schedule regarding attorney admission renewal and reactivation of inactive membership.

Western District of Texas

The US District Court for the Western District of Texas announced that the attorney renewal fee requirement has been suspended until further notice.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Illinois

The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois updated its alternative dispute resolution plan for the Western Division.

Eighth Circuit

District of Minnesota

The US District Court for the District of Minnesota announced that transcript and audio requests must be filed through CM/ECF, effective January 1, 2017.

Judge Philip S. Gutierrez revised his:
Judge Virginia A. Phillips updated her judge's procedures to require chambers copies for all pretrial documents.

District of Idaho

District of Kansas

The US District Court for the District of Kansas posted a motion for appointment of counsel form.
The court also posted a revised pretrial and criminal case management order.

District of New Mexico

The US District Court for the District of New Mexico posted a notice regarding the procedure for new motions to vacate, set aside, or correct a sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255.

Eleventh Circuit

Middle District of Georgia

The US District Court for the Middle District of Georgia announced that it amended Local Rule 79.2 to require the electronic submission of all exhibits to the clerk.
