The SPC has issued its 15th batch of guiding cases. This batch covers the criminality of toxic or harmful non-food additives, the consequences for failing to carry out a ruling, the conversion of loan agreements into real property purchase contracts, priority rights in bankruptcy proceedings, an insurer's subrogation right, environmental public interest litigation, the effect of an administrative authority's interpretation of an administrative agreement, and the standing of whistleblowers.
