Northern District of Illinois

Judge Jorge L. Alonso updated his case procedures for bankruptcy appeals.
Magistrate Judge Ian D. Johnston updated his case procedures for initial status conferences and reports.

Western District of Wisconsin

The US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin revised its attorney admissions procedures, updating the process for requesting a certificate of good standing or duplicate certificate of admission.

Eighth Circuit

Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit revised its attorney admissions procedures, increasing the fee for admission and revising rules on entry of appearance.

Northern District of Iowa

The US District Court for the Northern District of Iowa entered an administrative order regarding the master jury wheel.

Eastern District of Missouri

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri:
  • Updated its administrative procedures for CM/ECF. A copy of the previous version is available here.
  • Posted a notice regarding amendments to local rule 13.05 regarding pleadings and documents filed under seal, effective February 1, 2017.
  • Announced that proposed local rules 2.08 and 8.03 have been amended, with a proposed effective date of February 1, 2017.

District of South Dakota
