This Note covers EO 13780, "Protecting the Nation From Foreign Terrorist Entry Into the United States" II, issued on March 6, 2017 and mainly characterized by the administration's imposition of additional vetting measures, travel restrictions against nationals of certain countries, and restrictions on the US refugee program. This Note also covers Proclamation 9645, which instituted permanent travel restrictions, as well as revisions to the US Refugee Admissions Program.
