Eastern District of New York

The US District Court for the Eastern District of New York revised its notice of motion to admit counsel pro hac vice form.

Southern District of New York

The US District Court for the District of Vermont posted a notice that it has amended local rules 16.1 and 26, effective March 1, 2017.

Third Circuit

Eastern District of Pennsylvania

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania revised its clerk’s office procedural handbook. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Northern District of Illinois

Judge Thomas M. Durkin revised his pretrial procedures in civil and criminal cases.
Magistrate Judge Iain D. Johnston revised his case procedures regarding social security cases.

Eighth Circuit

District of Nebraska

The US District Court for the District of Nebraska rescinded its:
  • General order in the matter of the cases where motions to amend sentences pursuant to Amendment 782 in appendix C to the sentencing guidelines manual may be filed.
  • General order in the matter of the reassignment of cases involving a reduction in sentence pursuant to Amendment 782 in appendix C to the sentencing guidelines.
  • General order concerning petitions arising under Johnson v. United States, 135 S. Ct. 2551 (2015).

Ninth Circuit

Central District of California

Judge Manuel L. Real updated his courthouse information.
