Southern District of New York

Western District of New York

The US District Court for the Western District of New York revised its petition for attorney admission.

Fifth Circuit

Eastern District of Louisiana

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana increased its fee for registration of judgment from another district.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Illinois

The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois amended Appendix E of its local rules, regarding regulations governing the prepayment and reimbursement of expenses in pro bono cases.

Central District of California

The US District Court for the Central District of California posted a general order regarding attorney admission and pro hac vice fees.
Magistrate Judge Alka Sagar revised her judge’s procedures.

Northern District of California

The US District Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division posted a standing order regarding case management in civil cases.
The court also revised its bill of costs.

District of Oregon

The US District Court for the District of Oregon entered an order adopting amendments to its local rules of civil procedure, local rules of bankruptcy procedure, and local rules of admiralty procedure, effective March 1, 2017.
