In Cass. Civ. 1re, 1 Fev. 2017, n° 15-25.687, the Cour de cassation (Supreme Court) considered an appeal from a decision, made by the Paris Court of Appeal, which ordered Getma to pay the Republic of Guinea's share of the arbitral tribunal's fees following proceedings under the rules of the Cour Commune de Justice d'Arbitrage (CCJA).
