Southern District of New York

Judge P. Kevin Castel updated his individual practices in civil cases. A copy of the previous version is available here.
Magistrate Judge Barbara Moses updated her individual practices. A copy of the previous version is available here.
Magistrate Judge Katharine H. Parker updated her individual rules of practice in civil cases. A copy of the previous version is available here. The judge also updated her report of Rule 26(f) meeting and proposed case management plan.

Third Circuit

District of New Jersey

The US District Court for the District of New Jersey amended its local rules. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Eastern District of Pennsylvania

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania amended its local civil rules. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Fifth Circuit

Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit revised its notice of appearance form. The new form eliminates the requirement for an attorney to include the date of birth and the last four digits of a social security number.

Eighth Circuit

Northern District of Iowa

The US District Court for the Northern District of Iowa posted a public administrative order regarding its jury selection plan.

District of Minnesota

The US District Court for the District of Minnesota amended its local rules. A copy of the previous version is available here. The court also updated its sealed civil user's manual.

Ninth Circuit

Central District of California

The US District Court for the Central District of California issued a general order changing its admission fees. Effective March 20, 2017, the fee to practice in the Central District of California is:
  • $231 for lawyers admitted to the California bar for fewer than three years.
  • $281 for lawyers admitted to the California bar for three years or more.

Northern District of California

Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers updated her standing order in civil cases.
