The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Arbitration Rules 2017 have entered into force, which include new expedited procedure rules. The ICC has also updated its Note to Parties and Arbitral Tribunals on the Conduct of the Arbitration, which now also includes new guidance on the expedited procedures.
