In IPCO (Nigeria) Ltd v Nigerian National Petroleum Corp [2017] UKSC 16, the UK Supreme Court considered an appeal against the Court of Appeal's order for the appellant to put up significant security in relation to an arbitral award which the respondent had been trying to enforce since 2004.
