Two agreements for US public company acquisitions with a deal value of $100 million or more were filed this past week.
On March 6, 2017, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company agreed to acquire predictive flash storage solutions provider Nimble Storage, Inc. in an all-cash tender offer valued at $1.0 billion.
On March 6, 2017, Brookfield Asset Management Inc. agreed to acquire renewable energy company TerraForm Global, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $787 million (not including approximately $455 million in net debt assumed).
